Just Smoked Salmon Western Red Alder Wood Smoking ChipsI've been using hickory to smoke salmon since you can't buy alder in Florida.Alder is way, way better.I bought the 12 pound sack so they will probably be burying some of it with me.Great taste.Sweet and mild. Not as strong and smokey as hickory or mesquite.
