(More customer reviews)While I like Shish Kabobs, I do not like cooking shish kabobs. Why? Because the usual skewers are round and have wooden handles. As the food shrinks while cooking, it looses its attachment to the skewer and rotates freely making flipping near impossible. And those wooden handles can't over the fire, of course.
Weber to the rescue! This whole unit is metal, so there are no wooden handles. The skewers are rectangular, which impedes slippage of food while cooking. The skewers fit into grooves in the base, and using good mitts or tongs, the large handles make flipping easy. The entire unit is solidly made.
If one gives all parts a good scrub as soon as they are cool enough to touch, the cleanup is easy. The base snaps apart, so there should be no storeage problems either.
And the price is right

(More customer reviews)I have used this thermometer for about three years and it works great for its intended purpose, I insert it in roast, briskets, pork butts etc. when I smoke meat, Just make sure you push the reset buttons on each piece when you change the batteries or your reciever will not show a temperature. Mine did this and I thought it was broken so I bought a new one and decided to read the instructions and read about the resets , I took the new one back and I am a happy camper now smoking my meat on my smoker I bought from Amazon.

These igniters usually last around 5 years of heavy use before part of it fails (usually the stainless steel igniter box), though you can sometimes revive a dead igniter by cleaning the gunk out of it.
Anyway, this igniter takes around five minutes to install. Make sure you poke the small metal tab through the small bottom hole rather than trying to squeeze it into the main igniter hole.

(More customer reviews)Here is my disclaimer: I am new to grilling. The reason I say that is because it is quite possible I do not know all of the nuances that need to go into a BBQ grill cover. What I do know is me and my girlfriend are VERY happy with this cover. It is replacing a regular drab brown one we bought on impulse when we picked up our grill from the store. This one was cheaper and much better looking.
LOOKS: You cannot tell from the picture, but the cover has this good looking sorta leathery appearance and the logo is REALLY REALLY well done. It doesn't look cheap at all or like some roughly done fan job.
WEIGHT: The cover has that water repellant material on the outside and some cloth like material on the inside. This adds to the weight of the cover, which I think is a good thing, because it is less likely to fly off when the wind starts whipping. There is one strap on the bottom to tighten the cover, (Which is exactly how that drab brown one was tightened as well.)
SIZE: We have a Kenmore 4 burner grill and this thing fits it perfectly. We teamed it up with the NC grill mat and I do not believe we could have a better looking setup.

Weber 7541 Gas Grill Smoker Review

(More customer reviews)I have the Weber Genesis grill Weber 3741001 Genesis E-310 Propane Gas Grill, Black and wanted a smoker. I had a generic smoker box and it sits on top of the flavor bars and never got very hot so very little smoke. The Weber Smoker puts the wood chips directly on the flavor bars getting them hot very fast and producing a lot of smoke. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is they say to clean the ash out after each use but much of it tends to fall into the bottom of the grill due to the large openings of the bars. I still highly recommend this product.

(More customer reviews)I was skeptical at first but now the Pizza Grilling Pan has replaced my oven pizza brick. I use it on a gas grill which is heated and then turned to low. Set your pizza pan on the grate and lower the lid. The top of the cornice stays moist while the bottom crisps. Closest to pizza in Naples you can make at home for less than a three to five thousand dollar investment. With two you can rotate the pans because they need to cool before preparing the next pizza. Because my grill is wide enough for two I use four grilling pans to keep large parties happy. The long handles make this the easiest of all pizza grilling pans to use. Five stars.

Weber 2780301 Summit S-670 Propane Tuck-Away Rotisserie Grill, Stainless Steel Review

(More customer reviews)This is the newer model S670 #2780301. The previous model was 2780001 so check the number before ordering. I was planning on the smaller s470 but Northline express had a sale on the s670 for about the same price, so I jumped on it. It arrived by freight (free shipping) and the driver rolled it into my garage by himself with a special dolly. Plan on 2 or more people to help move it. My son and I moved it about 5 feet at a time working towards my backyard.
It came well packaged and completely assembled except for the 2 side wings. A few screws and you're done. They recommend a 20# propane tank but I'm looking for 30-40# because if you use all the burners the propane disappears fast, so have a spare ready. I thought the gimmicky knob and grill lights would be useless, but now I find them very helpful at dusk and night. They're useful gimmicks! The hide away rotisserie motor is another nice touch. It frees up shelf space when not in use and you don't have to attach and unattach it when needed. You just pull a tab and there it is ready to use.
I don't want to drag this out but I've used all of the grills functions and the results are excellent. It's expensive but worth it. I would assume the s470 is just as good for less. Look for overstock and other sales. I think I got a great deal. Good luck!
Oh! There's a newer cover for it also 7555 with side vents instead of the front and rear vents that leaked water into the grease tray.

(More customer reviews)I read the reviews on the other Weber BBQ tools and felt these would fit my needs best. I didn't want a fork as "they" always recommend against piercing the meat you are cooking, which causes the juices to escape. I can always use a brush for applying sauces and this ones long handled enough it's not going to get lost in the shuffle. It also has plenty of space to hold a fair amount of sauce among the silicon bristles. (Although I haven't used it yet, just bought this set 6/19, I feel very confident it should work just fine! I've used other BBQ tools and these are a definite improvement!) The spatula is big enough to turn the biggest burgers you'd ever probably want to make and should work fine for fish too. The tongs have a long gripping area, and one thing I learned from the reviews on other types of Weber sets is that it's nice to have the ability to keep the tongs 'closed' as this set does. The handles are all nice and long so your hands and arms are kept safely from the heat. The pieces all have large loops so you can hang these tools from almost any size hangars! Oh, and there's enough silicon on the handles so they're easy to grip and shouldn't slip!!
