(More customer reviews)I added this grill scraper to the collection of devices we use in our commercial kitchen to see what would happen....when I left that establishment a few weeks ago I didn't have the heart to take my grill scraper with me. Everyone there uses it, even the owner who originally yelled about the appearance of yet another gadget in the kitchen. If I could make one suggestion it would be that it would be nice to have a grab handle/bar in the middle for additional leverage since we used the scraper while the grill was on (had to...we have a small grill and put out an average of 80-100 plates a night). Good for home and small restaurant use both!
