Brinkman 8105290C Electric SmokerProduct arrived missing all the hardware and a defective water pan. Call brinkman (27min. on hold) sent wrong parts. Used their website, with no response. Called again (47min on hold) got disconnected. Called again (45Mins. on hold) no answer I gave up. Called on more time (32mins on hold).three days later got the right parts. Quality of water pan is very poor (made in China) customer service very sloooooooow. Would not buy again!
