11" Electric Skillet Review

This Black & Decker electric skillet is an inferior product.Twenty days after purchase, the lid shattered during cooking, scattering glass across the food and nearby counter.Two calls to the customer service line were cut off before talking to a live person.E-mail to same have not been responded to after five days.In addition, heat across the surface of the pan is extremely uneven.Needed a replacement for a 10 year+ Presto pan that was loosing its non-stick effectiveness.Have already ordered a Presto replacement!
