I bought this turkey fryer after Thanksgiving and pulled it out for Christmas to use. The timer turns itself off after 15 minutes.The turkey fryer will not work unless you have a battery in the timer. I had to keep hitting the button so the timer would not turn off. If I missed it I had to light the fryer again.It is going to take 15 minutes for the grease to get hot. I do not recommend this product.
