For the price this is a solid piece of stainless steel.Of course the edges are a tad sharp.The corer included with the grill works like a charm.The manufacturers of all of these pepper grills mean well but they just don't have a clue as to what the farmers have been up to.You go to the market for jalapenos to stuff andof course you pick the plumpest monsters available.Just as the girth of the average American has increased, so are the jalapenos keeping up!
