I will try and keep this brief.The grill is made by Nexgrill and in China.First grill had a bent hood, second grill had defective doors (streaks in the finish), third grill had same streaks, broken pin (factory weld had fallen off or missed) that holds the flavor bar, unaligned doors (not adjustable), dead igniter battery, loose rotisserie gas jet, sharp edges that cut my hand when reaching into the back to convert to gas and lastly, completely cold front end of grill and burning hot back end of grill makes impossible to cook.I would like to say that Kitchenaid was helpful but all they did was apologize and offer me an extended warranty.Fortunately, the store (I didn't buy at Amazon) allowed me to return after an authorized repair man deemed it "un-repairable".I ended up buying a Weber Genesis grill and it may not be as shiny and fancy but it went together fast, lit immediately and does exactly what it advertises.STAY AWAY FROM THESE GRILLS.Click Here to see more reviews about: KitchenAid KFRS361TSS 36in Grill
