we bought this grill after eating a delicious dinner at a friends house--the pork chops she made were juicy and delicious--and only took 4 minutes total. It takes a few minutes to clean the grill afterwards, but I've found that if you mist or rub some olive oil on the grill first (no aerosol sprays) then cook, then keep the grill on while you wipe it off with a cloth and the plastic spatula provided it's not bad.
