Grill / Smoker Glow in the Dark Thermometer, T702BBQ Review

Just received this thermometer yesterday, so haven't used it yet. As described, the install is easy and it appears to be well made. Checked with boiling water and it was accurate out of the package. The product description doesn't tell you or the picture show you, but the temperature probe (stem) is shorter than most grill/smoker thermometers I have used. It is only about 1.5 inches. Not sure if this will have an impact on accuracy in my smoker. Will find out soon and revise my comment if it is not good news.
